Each relationship we created is important to us, whether that be the relationship between Hippo Business Services and our clients, Hippo and our virtual assistants, or even our clients and virtual assistants. It is important that all parties receive the best possible care when dealing with us.
Throughout our journey into outsourcing, we have established relationships with virtual assistants from across borders.
One of our virtual assistants, Samera, has had the pleasure of working with one of our directors, as well as external clients.
“My working experience with Hippo is super great,” says Samera.
“The team is always there if I have any questions. They are so friendly and it feels more like a family than a team.”
Although there may be borders separating the team, the distance has little to no effect on the relationship or quality of work. Fortunately, there is only a two hour time difference between Australia and Philippines which allows for an easy middle ground for both the client and Virtual Assistant.
“For the time and work setup, since Australian time is just two hours ahead from the Philippines; it’s a perfect working time for me since I’m a mother and a morning person,” says Samera.
“I start my job at 8am and end at 4pm, and this helps me be productive.”
Every venture that we handle has multiple moving parts, and at Hippo it is essential that we achieve the best possible result while meeting all parties requirements. As such, it is important that all our employees, in house and virtual, are meeting their goals.
“Hippo helped me in a lot of different ways especially on my personal growth,” says Samera.
“I have my personal development goals and hippo helps me to eliminate distractions because I understand the importance of what I need and have to do first.
“My vision of achieving my goals is a solid motivation for me that fuels me to do more for each of my clients.
“Working with hippo also helped me learn new things and develop a growth mindset while working with a client.”
With the ability to work with multiple clients at once, allows our virtual assistants to gain skills and experience in an array of industries.
“Working with niche business practices has enhanced my marketing skills,” says Samera.
“Learning first about their business’ foundation, target audience, and about their branding is what I do first before doing anything else for them.
“I’m learning varied skills. I learned how to be more flexible, how to adapt, to add more value, also practice my ability to learn things quickly and each business gives me fresh perspectives as well.
“I’m thankful to Hippo for allowing me to work with good clients and also value their virtual assistants.”
With Hippo growing a strong database in health and wellness, there are many opportunities to contribute to clinicians mission on making the world a better and healthier place.
“Working with clients who focus on helping other people especially on health and wellness feels like I’m also on a mission to help others as well,” says Samera.
“Helping my clients to reach their target audience also fulfills my inner me to help by doing my tasks for my clients.
“Everyday is a learning process for me. Every task, every project contributes not only to my client’s business growth but also for me as their virtual assistant.”
Samera expresses her relationship with her current client, Racheal Lee from Thrive Natural Therapies.
“My working relationship with Ms. Racheal is great,” says Samera.
“She’s so nice to me and all of the tasks are well coordinated. We are using Asana for all of our weekly and monthly campaigns. We communicate every day and give updates on asana for the tasks.
“I have learned so much, especially about her business. I’m on it for her mission to help other women’s health.”
A relationship between client, inhouse and employee should be a happy partnership that excels across multiple fields. Hippo is happy to be part of finding the right virtual assistant for each client.
